What is Did I Do the Right Thing?

Did I Do the Right Thing? is a free guide from Tyler, a Master Animal Communicator at Boujie & Beyond, for pet parents carrying guilt or doubt after an animal's death or an end-of-life decision. It explains why the questions keep returning, shares what Tyler hears from animals In Spirit, and offers a gentle practice.

For the one who keeps asking why

Who is this for?

  • You replay the decision at night, in the quiet, or when something reminds you of them
  • You wonder if you waited too long, or acted too soon
  • You ask yourself whether they were scared or in pain
  • You want to know whether they knew how much you loved them
  • You made an end-of-life or euthanasia decision and can't settle
  • Someone told you it was "just a pet," and it never was

Wondering is not proof you chose wrong. It's what love does when it has nowhere to go.

What's inside the guide

Three things, offered gently.

  1. Why the guilt keeps coming back at 3 AMAnd what it's really asking you to remember about the love you gave.
  2. What Tyler hears from animals In SpiritThe questions you can't stop asking: did they know, were they scared, did I wait too long. Shared as what Tyler has heard in his sessions, never as a promise.
  3. A short practice for setting the weight downA quiet grief-release practice you can do in a few minutes, whenever it feels right.

A short PDF guide, sent to your inbox. A few gentle follow-up emails arrive over the next couple of weeks.

Hi, I'm Tyler.

Master Animal Communicator · Reiki Master Teacher · 500+ hours of training · 120+ animals communicated with

I'm a Master Animal Communicator. I talk with animals In Spirit and with the people who miss them, and I've communicated with 120+ animals.

In my sessions, I hear some version of the same few things again and again: that they knew they were loved, and that they don't want you carrying this. This guide shares what I've heard.

I'm not a grief counselor, and this isn't therapy. It's one quiet place to set the question down for a while.

“The peace I felt after our session. No guilt. No regret. No anger. Just… peace. I didn’t know I was carrying all of that until it was gone.”
Alexis S.
“I feel at peace knowing she is okay.”
Adrianne H.

Questions

Questions people carry.

Did I wait too long, or put my pet to sleep too soon?

There isn't a perfect moment, and veterinarians say the same. You decided with the information you had, the animal in front of you, and love. In Tyler's sessions, what animals In Spirit share is rarely about the date. It's about whether you stayed, and whether they knew they were loved.

Did my pet know I loved them?

Animals feel energy, not words, and they felt every moment of warmth you brought them. In Tyler's experience, this is one of the most consistent things animals In Spirit share: they knew.

Were they scared?

Tyler can't know what any one animal felt in a particular moment, and this is his spiritual perspective, not a medical statement. In his communications, what animals show him is a move toward peace and release rather than fear.

What do pets say after they pass?

In Tyler's sessions, animals In Spirit often come through with something specific only you and they shared, like a nickname or a habit. They tend to share that they are not in pain, and that the connection with you continues.

Is this guide only about euthanasia?

No. It is for anyone carrying guilt or doubt after an animal's death, whether it was a euthanasia decision, a sudden loss, or a long illness.

Is the guide really free, and what will I receive?

Yes. You only need your first name and email. The guide is emailed to you within minutes, followed by a few gentle emails over about two weeks. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Is this therapy?

No. It is spiritual and intuitive education, not therapy or grief counseling. If your grief feels too heavy to carry alone, please reach out to a licensed grief counselor or your doctor.
