What is the Boujie Icon App?
The Boujie Icon App is a membership home for deeply bonded pet parents, run by Tyler, a Master Animal Communicator. The Icon level is free. Icon+ ($147/month) adds written Ask Tyler Questions and a monthly 30-minute private session. Icon Concierge ($297/month) adds priority replies and a 90-minute deep dive every three months.

For deeply bonded pet parents. Some arrive because something keeps happening and they've tried everything. Many arrive out of curiosity, because they'd love to know what their animal would say. Both are welcome.
The Icon App is for you if
- Your animal is family, and you want a place that treats the bond that way
- You're curious about your animal's side of the story and want to start gently, for free
- You'd like a monthly community call with people who understand this bond
- You want to be able to ask Tyler a written question, or have private time with him, without booking a one-off session each time

Billing is monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. The member discount applies while your membership is active and doesn't stack with other offers. Intuitive and spiritual support, not veterinary care.

You write your question. Tyler replies. That's it.
- Written, never audio. Ask Tyler Questions are typed.
- Three per billing period on Icon+ and Icon Concierge.
- Reply time: 48 to 72 hours on Icon+. Priority replies in 24 to 48 hours on Icon Concierge, still three questions per period.
- No rollover. Your questions renew on your billing cycle.
- Not for emergencies. If your animal is in medical distress, your vet is the first call.

Is the Icon level really free?
Yes. Icon is free. You can create an account, add your pet, see your pet's cosmic profile and join the Beyond The Bowl monthly community call without paying. Icon+ and Icon Concierge are the paid levels, and they have no trial period.
What does Icon+ include?
Everything in Icon, plus three written Ask Tyler Questions per billing period with a 48 to 72 hour response, one 30-minute private session with Tyler each billing month, a 15% member discount and the Guidance Circle monthly call. It is $147 per month.
What does Icon Concierge include?
Everything in Icon+, plus priority replies to your questions in 24 to 48 hours (still three per period), one 90-minute private deep dive with Tyler per 3-month benefit period, a 20% member discount instead of 15% and the Concierge Circle monthly call. It is $297 per month.
How do Ask Tyler Questions work?
You write your question and Tyler replies. Icon+ and Icon Concierge members get three questions per billing period. Icon+ replies take 48 to 72 hours, and Icon Concierge replies are prioritized at 24 to 48 hours. Questions renew on your billing cycle and don't roll over.
Can I send Tyler a voice memo?
No. Ask Tyler Questions are written. There are no voice memos or audio questions.
How do the private sessions work?
Icon+ and Icon Concierge each include one 30-minute private session with Tyler per billing month. Icon Concierge also includes one 90-minute private deep dive per 3-month benefit period. Benefits renew on your billing cycle and don't roll over.
What is Beyond The Bowl?
Beyond The Bowl is a monthly community call that is free with your Icon account. Icon+ members also have the Guidance Circle monthly call, and Icon Concierge members have the Concierge Circle monthly call. Replays are available while your membership is active.
Do I need to have a problem to join?
No. Some people join because something keeps happening and they've tried everything. Many join out of curiosity, or simply because their animal is family and they want a home for that bond. Your pet doesn't need to be sick, struggling or misbehaving.
Is there a free trial of Icon+ or Icon Concierge?
No. The paid levels don't have a trial period. The free Icon level is how you start, and you can move up whenever you're ready.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Icon+ and Icon Concierge are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. All sales are final and non-refundable, subject to any rights required by law.
Does the member discount work on other offers?
Yes, on Tyler Chats, Tyler Talks, The Root and Sacred Souls only, while your membership is active: 15% for Icon+ and 20% for Icon Concierge. It doesn't stack with other offers.
Is the Icon App a replacement for veterinary care?
No. It is intuitive and spiritual support. Tyler is not a veterinarian and doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe. Keep your vet on your team, and if your animal is in medical distress, your vet is the first call. No outcome is guaranteed.
